When using the customer eligibility feature there are a few things to watch out for.
- Discounts may appear to apply on the cart page even though a customer is not qualified. A customer’s eligibility for a discount will be verified at checkout after they enter their information.
- Customer eligibility is not enforced when applying a free shipping discount.
